Jeff Stevenson, Executive Chef,

Growing up in a family in which both parents were chefs Jeff became interested in the art of cooking at an early age. At the age of 14 Jeff began working for Panache Catering in Aurora, Colorado and by 25 he was accepted into the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Academy in Paris, France. During his time at Le Cordon bleu Jeff received his diploma in the Le Grand DiplÔme program which earned him the recognition of being a true "Cordon Bleu", an accolade that is acknowledged in the most prestigious kitchens and restaurants around the world.

After graduating Jeff did his internship at the Le Bristol Restaurant in Paris' world renowned Bristol hotel. He then returned to the states and began working for Liberty Media in Denver Colorado where he prepared gourmet meals for celebrities and politicians like Ted Turner, Oprah, Bill Gates, John McCain, George W Bush and Warren Buffet.

Jeff has gained notice not only for his exemplary kitchen skills, but for his numerous appearances in magazines such as Bon Appetite and on broadcast and cable television. Since May of 2009, Chef Jeff has proudly placed his talents and passion for healthy and gourmet cuisine in the service of Success Meals KC, serving as the organization's Executive Chef.

From her roots growing up in a large Italian family in Ventura, California food has always played a role in Petra's life. At he age of 13 Petra began working in her family's bakery preparing pastries and pies, this experience cultivated her love for cooking and baking.

Petra attended culinary arts school at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena where she received her masters in Baking and Pastries. Petra graduated in 2003 at the top of her class with honors. From there she honed her craft by working at various high end eateries around the greater Los Angeles area including Hollywood's famed Kodak Theater where she worked under Wolfgang Puck preparing meals for events such as the Oscars and Grammys.

In 2004 Petra moved to Kansas City to work for "Natures Window", a company that provides gourmet in-flight dining aboard private jet charters. There she held the title of gourmet and pastry chef where she provided meals for celebrities, athletes and politicians such as Tony Blair, Dick Cheney, Cuba Gooding Jr, Lamar Hunt and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Petra's ambition is to provide healthy cuisine that taste sinful so others can enjoy great tasting food while reaping all the benefits that come from a healthy diet, making her a perfect fit as Culinary Director of Specialty Programs at Success Meals KC.
